In NinjaDAOs we provide two approaches to scholarship management.
The “hands-free mode” is a special mode in which managers can stake their scholarship accounts on NinjaDAOs and NinjaDAOs will handle the scholarship business including recruitment, management and payment. In this mode, NinjaDAOs will guarantee managers a minimum daily SLP return for their scholarships.
The “hands-on mode” is an advanced and a more “manual” way to manage scholarships, in which managers, with the help of NinjaDAOs’ management tools, have to recruit and manage scholars by themselves. In the “hands-on” mode, we don’t guarantee the minimum return.
